These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MEW Shifts. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the app
MEW Shifts helps users manage shifts, attendance, vacations, and workforce coordination. You agree to use the app lawfully and only for legitimate scheduling and attendance purposes.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & purchases
Premium features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in the store at the time of purchase.
Note: Subscription billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
User content & workforce features
You retain responsibility for the accuracy of shift and attendance information you enter. If you use group or workforce features, you are responsible for managing member access appropriately and complying with applicable workplace and privacy laws.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the app in a way that harms other users or our systems.
Service availability
We strive to keep MEW Shifts reliable, but the app is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or require updates over time.
Disclaimer
MEW Shifts is a scheduling and attendance tool. It does not replace employer payroll systems, legal compliance programs, or professional advice. You are responsible for how attendance and workforce data are used in your organization.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEW Shifts and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
